The service we received was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry services always available. We especially enjoyed the welcome drink we received upon arrival, which made us feel even more pampered. The room itself was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee making facilities. The mini-bar was a nice touch as well. We loved the sitting area, terrace, and dining table, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a convenient bonus. The free breakfast was pretty good and the room cleaning was decent. the location was close enough to the city center that we could walk there easily, but also far enough away that it was pretty quiet at night. Another thing that I liked was that the staff was pretty friendly and they let us check in a bit early so that was cool.
The room itself was pretty bare bones and the bed wasn't very comfortable. the bathroom was also really cramped and not super clean.
